Hoodlums enforcing the suspended sit-at-home have destroyed vehicles and flogged traders in Enugu State.
There was pandemonium in Obollo-Afor town, Udenu Local Government Area as hooded gunmen attacked residents of the community for disobeying the directive.
They flogged traders who had opened for business and destroyed their wares.
They also set ablaze a tricycle after discharging its passengers.
It was learnt that soldiers mounting a checkpoint along the road, arrived at the town to restore normalcy.
