The House of Representatives has resolved to invite the Coordinator of the Presidential Youth Empowerment Scheme, Festus Keyamo, to explain the reasons for the non-implementation of the scheme despite Presidential directives.
The resolution follows a motion during the House plenary by Hon Gudaji Kazaure calling on the House of Representatives to investigate the non-implementation of the scheme.
The House also resolved to set up an adhoc committee to investigate the scheme.
